P3 Physiotherapy is a boutique musculoskeletal and sports injury physiotherapy clinic in central Palmerston North.
Founded by our Principal Physiotherapist Claire Maxwell in 2017, P3 Physiotherapy offers exceptional treatment for people of all ages; covering pelvic health, musculoskeletal physiotherapy, and sports performance.
P3 Physiotherapy has a new addition to the physiotherapy team, Chilean- born Arantzasu Morales Mendez. Arantzasu, or Ari, is fluent in both English and Spanish and also offers musculoskeletal physiotherapy services with a particular interest in the management of upper limb injuries and dance- related injuries. Ari is a certified teacher of Progressing Ballet Technique and qualified Pilates Instructor. A big, Palmerston North welcome to Ari!
Meet Claire
Claire is a registered Physiotherapist with the Physiotherapy Board of New Zealand, an ACC accredited provider, and member of Physiotherapy New Zealand and two specialist interest groups - Sports and Exercise Physiotherapy New Zealand, and Pelvic Women's and Men's Health.
Claire holds a Bachelor of Science (HONS) Physiotherapy from the University of Huddersfield, and a Post-Graduate Certificate in Health Science (Rehabilitation) from AUT. She is currently studying to become a registered Sports Physiotherapist.
