Our services will be operating throughout Alert Level 1 with strict health and safety measures in place. To ensure the health and safety of all our clients and staff we ask that you follow our guidelines:

1. The door of the gym should be open when you arrive. If not, then please stay in your car and text Claire on 021 170 5935 to say that you are in the car park. She will open the door for you.

2. Please remember to observe good cough/sneeze etiquette using a tissue or your elbow. Wash hands again if you have had to cough or sneeze.
